This policy covers the Tech Logic website (techlogictraining.com) and its browser-based training games — Automotive, Electrical and Plumbing editions, in both demo and full-access versions.
Your game progress (career level, completed jobs, in-game currency, settings) is stored locally on your device using browser local storage. For full-access games unlocked with a private access code, summary progress (such as jobs completed and career title) is associated with your access code so the code issuer can support your learning. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details through the games themselves.
Full-access games require a private access code. Codes identify a licence, not a person — we do not link codes to personal identity unless you provide it to us directly (for example, by email when requesting a code).
If you accept the cookie/analytics prompt, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site and games are used (e.g. which screens are visited, session length) so we can improve them. This is aggregated, anonymized usage data — it does not include your name or contact details.
Some free versions of the games may display ads served by Google AdSense/AdMob. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
If you email us (for example to request an access code or a pilot), we use your email address only to respond and provide the service you asked for. We don't add you to marketing lists or share your address with third parties.
Tech Logic is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can decline analytics/ads at the in-app consent prompt, or clear local storage at any time to remove all saved progress on your device. You can also ask us to deactivate an access code and delete its associated progress summary by emailing us.
