Terms of Service — Tech Logic

These Terms govern your use of the Tech Logic website (techlogictraining.com) and its browser-based training games — Automotive, Electrical and Plumbing editions, in both demo and full-access versions. By using Tech Logic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Tech Logic provides simulated career-training games for entertainment, career exploration, and general familiarization. These games are not licensed trade instruction, certification, or professional training, and do not qualify you for any real-world trade, license, or job role.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing in Tech Logic constitutes electrical, automotive, plumbing, or other professional advice. Game content is simplified for entertainment and educational engagement and may not reflect current codes, standards, or real-world procedures. Always consult a licensed, qualified professional before performing any real diagnostic, repair, or installation work.

3. Access Codes and Licences

Full-access versions require a private access code, which grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use that version. We may deactivate a code for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Access codes have no cash value and are non-refundable except at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or redistribute the games; share access codes with unauthorized users; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, code, artwork, and branding are owned by Tech Logic (or its licensors) and protected by copyright. Your licence to use the service does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tech Logic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Logic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on game content for real-world work. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for access, if any.

8. Advertising and Third Parties

The free versions may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense/AdMob). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
